Founded in 1877 and located in Winnipeg, or capital city of Manitoba, it is a state-funded university and has 5,500 teachers and 25,000 students, including 19,000 on-campus graduate students. The university comprises of 3 colleges and 21 departments with well-established majors. Its commercial college is outstanding. Students with no TOEFL certification may also apply.

Located in Vancouver, this university is the biggest private comprehensive university funded by churches in Canada. It has 35 graduate courses and 14 postgraduate courses and can award bachelor and master degrees for graduates. Founded in 1878 and located in London, near Toronto, this state-funded university has 1,241 teachers and 23,486 students including 19,436 on-campus graduate students. It has 300-plus majors that offer bachelor, master and doctorate degrees and is one of the most time-honored, biggest and most attractive universities in Canada. It is ranked the 5th among all universities in Canada and enjoys strong advantages in such majors as management and business research, biology, engineering, kinesiology, psychology, etc.
+ Carleton University
Founded in 1942 and located in the capital city of Ottawa, this state-funded university has 649 teachers and 16,875 students, including 14,484 on-campus graduate students. It has a total of 64 majors that offer a bachelor degree. It has the four Colleges of Humanities and Social Science, Public Affairs and Management, Engineering and Design as well as Natural Sciences with 60 majors that offer master and doctorate degrees and 90 research centers. It is ranked among the top universities in Canada and enjoys strong advantages in the majors of finance and computer.
